Crystallization Tank - The laboratory crystallization tank features a triple-layer structural design with quick-release interfaces for medium entry and exit in the jacket, allowing for the passage of refrigerants and heat carriers to meet various experimental requirements and expand the usage scope of the tank. The tank body and jacket have independent temperature displays, enabling the adjustment and control of temperatures according to process requirements. The anchor-type scraper impeller effectively prevents slurry from adhering to the inner wall of the tank, ensuring uniform cooling and heating of the medium inside, leading to rapid crystal formation. The triple-layer design, with a 50mm insulation layer, significantly reduces energy consumption for heating and prevents operators from being burned. The tank bottom is equipped with a large-diameter slurry outlet, enhancing the efficiency of discharge.
The Vacuum Single-Effect Concentration Equipment is composed of a heater, evaporator, condenser, liquid collector, and internal connecting pipes; it is suitable for the evaporation and concentration of small batch materials, reducing excess moisture in the feed solution and enhancing the efficiency of subsequent crystallization stages. Due to the smaller amount of material concentrated in each batch, the cost-effectiveness of collecting and utilizing the secondary vapor generated by the evaporation concentration is low. Therefore, the vacuum single-effect concentration unit achieves the requirement for material concentration while reducing equipment investment costs, saving installation space. The vacuum single-effect concentration unit utilizes external heating and natural circulation with vacuum negative pressure, resulting in fast evaporation and high concentration ratios. Materials are concentrated without foam in a fully sealed environment, preventing secondary contamination during the concentration process. The interior walls of the equipment are polished to a mirror finish for easy cleaning.
