Electrical Certification Training Courses Include: Understanding Electricity, Basic Circuit Knowledge, Basic Electrical Formulas, Wire Connections and Welding, Emergency First Aid for Electric Shock and Electrical Fire Extinguishing, Installation and Use of Electric Meters, Installation and Commissioning of Distribution Panels, Basic Single-Phase Induction Motor, Basic Three-Phase Induction Motor, Basic Variable Speed Motor, Basic Special Motor, Comprehensive Electrical Equipment Maintenance, Hydraulics and Pneumatics Equipment Commissioning and Maintenance, Basic Electrical Welding.
Electricians are categorized into five levels. Skills include: Electrician IC cards issued by the Bureau of Human Resources are considered entry-level. The Bureau of Human Resources also issues cards for entry-level (Level 5), intermediate (Level 2), and Level 1. The profession belongs to the technical grade, but is not classified separately, yet it recognizes equal treatment in terms of salary, housing, etc., equivalent to assistant (entry-level), Level 2, and professorial (same as professorial level).
