High-pressure reactors represent a typical innovation with the application of magnetic drive in large-scale reaction equipment. They fundamentally solve the shaft seal leakage problem that was previously unovercome by packed and mechanical seals, ensuring no leakage or contamination. They are the ideal equipment for high-temperature and high-pressure chemical reactions in China, particularly for reactions involving flammable, explosive, and toxic media, where their superiority is further highlighted. The reactor body is mainly made of 1Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steel, and can be customized with titanium (TA2), nickel (Ni6), or composite steel plates according to different medium requirements. The reactor body structure includes flat covers, dome covers, and closed reactors with manholes, with the openings in the cover designed according to user specifications; heating methods include jacketed steam, jacketed hot oil electric heating, and other forms for user selection. The inner surface of the reactor body, which requires polishing, can achieve a mirror-like polishing level, and the processing of high-viscosity materials into conical bottoms facilitates discharge and cleaning.

The magnetic drive unit is the core technology for material mixing in high-pressure reactors, and is a component designed for pressures exceeding 50bar. After the patent was disclosed, it became the industry standard for high-pressure mixing equipment.

The magnetic drive unit seals the components for stirring within a pressure environment, thereby addressing the reliability of the dynamic seal between the stirrer shaft and the reactor. Since the basic manufacturing materials of the magnetic drive unit are ferromagnetic substances (iron-based alloys, nickel-based alloys), they have excellent magnetic permeability, and there is minimal loss when the magnetic field passes through the sealing alloy layer. Consequently, the rotational magnetic field generated by the external permanent magnet is effectively received by the internal permanent magnet rotor, which in turn drives the stirring components within the reactor for material mixing.
