
In the production process of prestressed concrete poles, the prestressing tensioning device includes anchor base, anchor head, anchor head positioning plate, spring pressure plate, compression spring, spring pressure cap, square box, and reciprocating motion driving mechanism. The square box is connected with a steel pipe, the anchor base has a conical anchor hole, the anchor base is connected to the square box, the anchor head includes a cylindrical section, a conical section, and a step section, the conical section has a threaded hole, the anchor head positioning plate has a spring receiving hole and an anchor through hole, there is a step between the spring receiving hole and the anchor through hole, the spring pressure plate is connected to the anchor head positioning plate, the spring pressure cap is connected to the spring pressure plate, the anchor passes through the anchor head positioning plate, and the compression spring is placed in the spring receiving hole of the anchor head positioning plate.

The矮ization orchard trellis facilities utilize self-developed prestressed concrete pillars by Xinyuan Fruit Industry, also known as prestressed steam-cured pillars. These pillars are made of cement grade 42.5, with evenly distributed prestressed steel strands, available in models 7*7 and 9*9.5, featuring inverted trapezoidal cross-sections, smooth surfaces, and high density. The slender pillars can bear over 150 kg at the center of the 3.8-meter horizontal span, while the thick pillars can bear over 350 kg, meeting current European standards and holding over 20 national patents. To ensure a more standardized and regulated trellis system, Xinyuan Fruit Industry has successively developed complementary components for the orchard protection system, such as concrete pillar fixing caps, fasteners, anti-settlement plates, and tree fixing clips, which can be used with the concrete pillars. Additionally, they can be used to construct multi-functional protective nets that can prevent hail, birds, pests and diseases, wind, and sunscald, safeguarding the safe production of orchards. In 2019, Xinyuan Fruit Industry co-drafted the technical specification for the construction of apple orchard trellis systems in Shandong Province, DB37/T 3975-2020, with the Weihai Agricultural Bureau, and in 2020, this specification was widely promoted and applied.
