Weihai Xinyuan Fruit Industry Technology Service Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 and is a subsidiary of Weihai Xinyuan Group. Our facilities are located in Weihai, Shandong; Malong, Yunnan; and Qianyang, Shaanxi. Our business scope includes the cultivation and technology promotion of modern dwarf rootstock fruit trees, agricultural protection machinery research and production, development and production of pre-stressed concrete columns and other orchard facility materials, and the installation and technical guidance of orchard protection systems. In 2016, we established a planting demonstration base in Yangting Industrial Zone, Weihai, covering over 70 acres. The apple planting area is about 50 acres, with over 10 varieties introduced, including Fubris, Aztec, Golden Crown, Italian Gala, Weihai Gold, and Huashu, among others. The main cultivation method is M9T337 dwarf rootstock dense planting, with a high spindle tree shape, row spacing of 3.5 meters, and plant spacing of 1 meter, with 190 trees planted per acre. The dwarf orchard trellis facilities use pre-stressed concrete columns independently developed by Xinyuan Fruit Industry, also known as pre-stressed steam-cured columns. These concrete columns are made of cement grade 42.5, with pre-stressed steel wire uniformly distributed inside, available in models 7*7 and 9*9.5, with a reverse trapezoidal cross-section, smooth surface, and high density; the slender columns can bear over 150 kg in the middle, and the thick columns can bear over 350 kg in the middle, meeting current European standards and holding over 20 national patents. To ensure the standardization and specification of the trellis system, Xinyuan Fruit Industry has successively developed complementary components for the orchard protection system, such as concrete column caps, fasteners, anti-subsidence plates, and tree fixing clips, which can be used with the concrete columns. Additionally, we can install multi-functional protective nets to prevent hail, birds, pests and diseases, wind, and sunscald.
