As the variety of beverages continues to expand, the competition in the beverage market intensifies, leading to a heightened focus on quality and taste.
The operation process of bottled pure water equipment
Bottles are conveyed through the wind conveyor and then transferred to the filling machine of the three-in-one machine via the bottle star wheel.
2. The bottle holder on the indexing plate of the bottle blowing machine grips the rim of the bottle along a guide rail, flipping it 180 degrees so the mouth faces down. In a specific area of the machine, the blowing nozzle of the bottle holder emits cleaning water to rinse the inner surface of the bottle.
3. After being rinsed and drained, the bottles are held in a bottle clamp and then flipped 180 degrees along the guide track to face upwards. The cleaned bottles are then ejected and conveyed to the filling machine by a bottle star wheel.
4. Bottles entering the filling machine are held by the neck plate and lifted by the cam, then the filling valve is opened by the bottle mouth.
5. The filling is carried out using gravity filling. Once the filling valve is opened, the material completes the filling process through the valve. After filling, the bottle mouth descends and detaches from the filling valve, then the bottle passes through a neck guide wheel into the capping machine. The anti-rotation blade on the capping machine grips the neck area, keeping the bottle upright and preventing it from rotating. The capping head rotates on the capping machine, both in a circular motion and independently, and performs the actions of picking up the cap, placing it, screwing it on, and removing it under the action of the cam, completing the entire sealing process.
6. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the unscrambler conveyor by the ejection wheel, then conveyed to the tri-axial machine via the conveyor belt.
