       01 The construction team has completed the reinforcement cage, and the steel structure construction team has been notified to pre-install the seed anchors for on-site assembly.

02 Ensure the steel structure's foundation positioning is accurate, check for level consistency, and assess any impact on construction.

Customers may arrange their professional quality inspectors to join the inspection. Meanwhile, our company provides material proof for pre-buried seed posts and non-destructive testing reports (reports from provincial quality inspection authorities are considered valid).

On March 3rd, the construction team installed pre-buried bolts for the steel structure, under the condition that the civil foundation check did not affect the construction.

On April 4th, our quality inspectors conducted a field inspection to verify the accuracy of the pre-buried anchor positioning by the construction team, ensure the uniformity of the level, confirm the integrity of the welding, and check the condition of the thread protection. No issues were found, and the concrete pour for the civil construction can now be notified.

(The client may arrange for professional quality inspectors to conduct the inspection together.)

On May 5th, during the concrete pouring for civil engineering, the steel structure construction team was on-site to coordinate, ensuring that the embedded bolts in the concrete are not deformed.

Loosen, check for any damage to the thread, and ensure the pouring height is not excessive. If any issues are found, address them immediately. If immediate resolution is not possible, postpone the pouring until the necessary corrections are made and approved. (The client may arrange for a professional quality inspector to accompany the check.)

After the pouring is fully cured, our quality inspectors then conduct checks to ensure the embedded bolts are accurately positioned, are level, the welds are secure, the thread protection is adequate, and the pouring height is not excessive. Any issues are addressed immediately, with the bolts reinstalled and the pouring rescheduled. (The client may arrange for a professional quality inspector to accompany the check.)

After the basic concrete curing period is complete, upon inspection, there are no large-scale cracks or burns. (If the client has professional quality inspectors, they may check) the site can be arranged for opening to debris or small stones, leveling the ground, allowing for the entry of large cranes.

When cranes are available on-site, the construction team begins to transport materials into the site. Simultaneously, they provide the material specifications for the main components, along with the corresponding non-destructive testing reports and a comprehensive set of third-party quality inspection reports, including anti-slip reports, with the provincial quality inspection authority's reports being the standard.

Upon completion of the main structure installation, the company's quality inspectors conducted on-site inspections to verify the horizontal alignment, verticality, and absence of warping or deformation in the steel columns and beams installed by the construction team.

(Professional quality inspectors can be arranged by the client to inspect together.) Any quality issues will be immediately rectified; if there are no issues, the painting process will commence.

Construction can now begin on building walls, tiling, and the steel structure team is starting to install rafters, rods, lintels, etc. The company's quality inspector is on-site to inspect whether the rafters installed by the construction team are twisted or deformed. (The client may arrange for professional quality inspectors to join the inspection.) Any quality issues will be immediately rectified; if there are no issues, wall panels, edging, wire ropes, tin foil, thermal insulation, roof tiles, gutters, and water pipes will then be installed.

Upon on-site inspection by our quality inspectors, we verify the correct sequence of door and window molding and check for potential leakage. We also conduct water testing in the gutters to ensure even water flow and check for any leaks at the joints. We inspect the wall panels for deformation or scratching. On the roof, we examine the tiles and nails for any missed, under-driven, or empty钉holes. Immediate rectification is carried out for any quality issues, and installation of doors and windows can be scheduled accordingly. (The client may arrange for professional quality inspectors to accompany us.)

At this stage, the site can be leveled further, ensuring the surface is free of soil, and the concrete can be poured separately. The steel structure construction team will inspect the site for any quality issues and make immediate corrections if found. Meanwhile, attention should be given to avoiding any injuries or damages to the factory during the leveling and pouring process. In case of any such incidents, document the occurrence and find witnesses immediately. After corrections are made, report and claim the expenses accordingly.
