Bearings areMicronized Grinding MillA crucial component in the machine, it determines whether the entire machine can operate normally. As everyone knows, prolonged operation of the machine can lead to overheating. Shanghai Zhaoya Mining Machinery reminds everyone to be aware of the overheating of the micron powder mill's grinding machine bearing, which can cause the machine to malfunction and prevent normal powder grinding processing. Zhaoya will discuss how to address the issue of poor heat dissipation in the micron powder mill's grinding machine bearing.
1. During the prolonged operation of the micron powder grinding mill, if the bearing height is uneven or the motor rotor and the mining powder mill rotor are not concentric, it can cause the bearing to endure excessive load impacts, leading to overheating of the mining powder mill bearing. Should this occur during the powder grinding process, the machine should be immediately shut down to rectify the fault, and the bearing position should be adjusted properly to prevent uneven wear due to misalignment.
2. Be ready forMicro-fine Milling MachineRegular lubrication is crucial. In the case of excessive or insufficient lubricant in the bearing of a mining mill, poor heat dissipation can occur. Too much lubricant means the heat generated by friction cannot be dispersed in time, while too little lubricant fails to provide complete lubrication to the bearing, leading to overheating under high-speed operation. Therefore, when using the mill, we must develop the good habit of adding lubricant to the bearing area regularly and in the correct amount, and operate strictly according to the proper procedures. Generally, the lubricant in the bearing area of a mining mill should occupy about 70% of the space for optimal heat dissipation; both excessive and insufficient amounts are detrimental.
During the operation of the micro-fine grinding mill, either too tight or too loose fitting of the bearing and its housing can lead to poor heat dissipation of the bearing. If the fitting is too tight, it will exacerbate component wear, while too loose fitting can cause the bearing to overheat. Therefore, if there is improper fitting between the bearing and its housing, the machine should be stopped, the bearing removed, the friction area adjusted, and the tension between the bearing and its housing properly adjusted before reinstalling it according to specifications.
