Ore Grinding MillThe main unit drives the center shaft through a transmission mechanism, with the top of the shaft connected to a梅花架 (blossom frame). Roller shafts are mounted on the梅花架. The梅花架 rotates under the action of the main unit's transmission mechanism, while the grinding rings remain stationary. An electromagnetic vibrating feeder delivers the material quantitatively, evenly, and orderly into the main unit, where it is milled and crushed between the grinding rolls and grinding rings.
Due to the production process, air flows from below the grinding ring and passes between the grinding roller and the ring, carrying dust into the wind classification machine at the top of the equipment. The plum blossom frame, which is installed with three grinding rollers, not only rotates around the central axis but also operates with the friction of the grinding rollers.
