Technical Features of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Bio-Deodorization Box: 1. Pure biomass strain carrier filling; 2. Specific strain for臭 gas adsorption and decomposition; 3. Microbial treatment method, no secondary pollution; 4. Highly targeted strain selection, large specific surface area of filling, large total strain amount, large contact area, and excellent adsorption treatment effect; 5. Nutrient solution recirculation spray, good gas-liquid contact; 6. High degree of integration and automation, enabling full automatic operation, low pressure drop, small footprint, low transportation costs, and high removal efficiency. The Bio-Deodorization Box utilizes an optimized combination process of "washing + biochemistry." The core of the Bio-Deodorization Box is the bio-catalytic oxidation bed. The microorganisms in the Bio-Deodorization Box exist in a population form, with multiple microorganisms cohabitating in one environment. Microorganisms are both similar and different in characteristics, and different pollutants in nature can find microorganisms that degrade them. Therefore, the Bio-Deodorization Box can simultaneously treat and purify multiple pollutants in a single unit. Bio-deodorization boxes use bioorganisms that break down pollutants into carbon dioxide and water, preventing secondary pollution. The bio-degradation process involves: after environmental changes, some microorganisms die, while others survive. The surviving microorganisms in the bio-deodorization box can reproduce in a short time and become dominant. Therefore, the bio-filtering process is capable of handling shock loads; as pollution concentration increases, the treatment efficiency may initially decrease, but it quickly returns to normal. The bio-box is composed of a large surface area of biofill material suitable for microorganism attachment and growth, allowing them to form a biofilm on the surface of the biofill under favorable conditions. Microorganisms within the biofilm utilize inorganic and organic substances from waste gases as carbon sources and energy. They degrade malodorous substances to maintain life activities, and decompose them into odorless substances such as water, carbon dioxide, and minerals, achieving the goal of VOCs purification treatment.
