Common Problems and Quick Troubleshooting Methods for Separator Machines
(1) Gearbox overheating or smoking
Cause of Incident: Insufficient lubricating oil in the gearbox, poor lubrication, and substandard oil quality. Overweight application. Common fault in the transmission system itself.
Exclusion Methods: Improve oil refining or change the engine oil. Manipulate load or enhance the design of the transmission system. Analyze and address the issues deeply with categories like "burning electricity," "particleboard," and "thermoplastic deformation."
(2) The gearbox experienced vibrations and noise

Reason for Occurrence: Poor tooth surface quality. Sides have adequate fit, but the shaft diameter has movement. Gear shaft precision deviation.
Solution: Adjust surface. Adjust lateral gap, eliminate wobble. Replace gear shaft.
Gear shaft tooth cracks or fractures
Reason for Occurrence: Poor tooth surface quality. Side gaps are fitting, but there is movement in the shaft diameter. Gear shaft precision deviation.
Approach: Adjust the surface. Tune the lateral clearance, eliminate vibration. Replace the gear shaft.
(4) Thermal Plastic Deformation and Bonded Plywood of Transmission Gears
Cause of Incident: Poor lubrication, low-oil, diaphragm vacuum pumps. High-speed overloading application.
Exclusion Methods: Clean the car's fuel tank, change the engine oil, and refuel. Adjust operating speed, load, or improve the design.
(5) Severe gap corrosion and detachment of transmission gears
Cause of Occurrence: Excessive clearance in the rolling bearing, with severe wear on the rolling bearing. Poor material or heat treatment process. Overweight application.
Exclusion Methods: Repair or replace the rolling bearing. Improve materials and heat treatment processes. Handle load.
(6) The transmission gears have been severely worn.
Reason for Incident: Poor sealing of safety protection. Poor quality oil, with residues present. Subpar materials.
Exclusion Methods: Enhance safety protection sealing. Clean and change engine oil. Use wear-resistant materials.
(7) Abnormal heating and noise issues with roller bearings
Cause of the incident: Poor lapping, severe wear due to insufficient oil. The foot bolts of the flange at the horizontal axis have loosened and stripped. The mutual fit has become loose, with the lateral gap widened. The upper adjusting nut's screw thread has stripped.
Solution: Immediately add oil to increase the remaining fuel in a short time. Re-tap and replace the ground bolt. Disassemble and repair. Resolve the bridge shaft, re-thread, and replace the nut.

(8) Sieve blade damaged or burst, causing human oscillation
Reason for Occurrence: Poor leaf quality and inconsistent net weight. The foot bolts securing the leaves came loose, causing misalignment during installation, resulting in an upward or downward tilt.
Exclusion method: Replace the blades, weigh and install evenly. Check the foot bolts, add seals, and tighten the foot bolts. Adjust the installation position.
(9) The electrical flow of the sifter suddenly increased
Cause of the incident: Bottom or top roller bearing overheated. Expansion ring deformation, breakage, and jamming. Large pieces of dirt penetrated during feeding, clogging the top entry and exit of the material tray. The large bolt below the upright shaft became loose, lowering the material tray hub.
Exclusion Methods: Inspect and replace rolling bearings. Check and replace expanding rings. Clean out debris. Tighten the large bolt.

(10) The centrifugal fan and motor shafts are not concentric.
Cause of Incident: Unbalanced centrifugal impeller. Inadequate location for the intake valve at the inlet and outlet of the centrifugal fan. Insufficient basic bending stiffness for rigidity. Loose foot screws. Accumulated dust on the centrifugal impeller.
Solution: Seek unity in both axles. Balance calibration. Adjust the intake valve area. Enhance basics, increase bending stiffness. Check the tightening of the anchor bolts. After shutdown, open the maintenance door for dust removal.
