A vehicle weighbridge is a widely used machine in the road traffic management industry, designed to monitor excessive weight violations by vehicles. To ensure reliable and smooth road conditions, the vehicle weighbridge was introduced in due course.
Automotive scales are typically composed of several weight sensors, with this control module assembled on the road to form an integrated weighing system. As vehicles pass through the scale, the weight sensors transmit the vehicle's weight to the monitoring system in real-time via sensors, completing the detection of the vehicle's load condition.

The vehicle scale can also monitor the length and height of vehicles.
Primarily, vehicle dimensions are detected by height and length sensors installed on electronic scales. As the vehicle aligns with the weighbridge, these sensors automatically record the vehicle's dimensions and relative height information, comparing them to standard values. Should the vehicle significantly exceed the standard limits, the warning system will automatically trigger an alert signal, notifying relevant staff of the over-limit behavior.
