Waterborne Epoxy Floor Paint Application Method:
Many water-based floor paints on the market are not formulated with epoxy resin, which results in their disadvantages such as poor compressive strength and low luster.
Our newly developed waterborne epoxy floor paint is directly mixed on-site with South Asia 128 resin, epoxy hardener, and tap water. It boasts the same strength and luster as oil-based floor paint, with the added benefit of being odorless during application, posing no harm to workers' health.
c. After the raw surface has been polished and cleaned, first mix resin, water-based epoxy hardener, and tap water in the proper proportions. Then, pour the water-based floor paint primer onto the ground and spread it using a flat trowel. The key is to apply the paint in a sequential manner without missing any spots.
d. Once the water-based floor paint primer has dried to the touch, the application of the water-based intermediate coat can commence. The drying time for water-based floor paint is relatively short, approximately two hours.
After the intermediate coating has cured, sand it and then apply the putty layer.
Once the primer layer has fully cured, you can roll or spread the water-based floor paint.
Our water-based floor paint features: Utilizing South Asia 128 resin, combined with water-based hardener and mixed on-site, ensuring genuine value and quality.
