The steel frame lightweight board features wire mesh with diameters of 5mm and 3mm. The 5mm diameter wire serves as the load-bearing reinforcement, extending into the support at least 50mm, while the 3mm diameter wire acts as the distribution reinforcement, extending into the support at least 30mm. Additionally, there should be transverse reinforcement on the support bracket.
To ensure the integrity of the core material for the lightweight steel frame panels, the upper layer should be poured before the lower layer starts to set.
When pouring the core material on the roof of the panel and the outer side of the wall panel, it should be elevated 20 mm higher than the steel frame.
The steel frame lightweight board should have a protective layer thickness of ≥20 mm for the reinforcing steel.
Five, no holes are allowed to be cut on the steel frame lightweight panels. When the hole diameter exceeds 200mm, it should be designed separately and reserved prior to production. In special cases, if holes need to be cut on-site, it must be completed under the coordination of the manufacturing facility.
