A hot stamping machine is a device that heats two pre-brazed solder-coated components to a temperature sufficient to melt and flow the solder. After solidification, it forms a stable electrical and mechanical connection between the components. The heating speed can be selected according to different products. Titanium alloy stamping heads ensure even temperature distribution, rapid heating, and a long service life. The stamping head features a horizontal adjustable design to ensure even pressure on the components. Temperature control is numerical. Equipped with a digital pressure gauge, it allows for presetting pressure ranges.
Features of the hot press:
1. Utilizing pulse heating technology with temperature control, the temperature sampling frequency is 0.1 seconds.
2. Single work platform, rotating work platform, left-right moving platform, and various other work modes.
3. Multi-section temperature control.
4. Real-time temperature curve display.
5. Silicone Tape Indexing Mechanism
6. CCD vision system, offering alignment.
7. High-capacity pre-loaded programs.
8. Touchscreen operation interface, program password protection.
