A hot stamping machine is a device that heats two pre-soldered components with flux applied to their surfaces to a temperature sufficient for solder to melt and flow, forming an electrical and mechanical connection between the components after solidification. The heating rate can be selected according to different products. Titanium alloy stamping heads ensure even temperature distribution, rapid heating, and long service life. The stamping head features a horizontally adjustable design to ensure uniform pressure on the components. Temperature control is numerically precise. Equipped with a digital pressure gauge, pressure ranges can be pre-set.
Features of the hot press:
1. Utilizing pulse heating technology with temperature control, the temperature sampling frequency is 0.1 seconds.
2. Single work platform, rotating work platform, lateral moving platform, and various other work modes.
3. Multi-section temperature control.
4. Real-time temperature curve display.
5. Silicone Tape Indexing Mechanism
6. CCD vision system, offering alignment.
7. High-capacity program preloaded.
8. Touchscreen operation interface, with program password protection.
