April 23, 2020, the recording of the 2020 Hebei Province "Top 10 Cultural Entrepreneurs" identification and award ceremony, organized under the guidance of the Publicity Department of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and the Hebei Radio and Television Station (Group), was held at the Hebei Radio and Television Station. Mr. Wu Xueshu, Chairman of Hebei Xinteg Group in Quyang County, participated in the recording and was honored with the title of "Top 10 Cultural Entrepreneurs" in Hebei Province.
