The recycling of waste materials and the utilization of recyclable resources contribute to the sustainable development of the economy and society, holding significant real-world implications and profound historical significance, and are vital to the long-term development of the Chinese nation. In the domestic market, the scarcity of key resources, especially during the period of extensive economic development, has led to the damage of some resources, posing a severe constraint on the sustainable development of the economy and society. How to effectively utilize secondary resources, construct a development model for再生 resources, and actively promote the circular economy has become a crucial issue we must address.
