Scope of Application

Determination of total sulfur content in solid or liquid combustible materials such as coal, coke, oil, ore, biomass fuel, cement, etc., which can be widely applied in industries such as power, coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, testing, geology, and scientific research institutions.

 

Technical Features

1. Utilizing state-of-the-art high-precision robot grippers, paired with a multi-damping sample delivery mechanism, ensures stable and reliable sample delivery without any sample jams or misplacements. Operators simply need to prepare the samples (up to the first time, as many as...).25Place the samples (which can be infinitely added) onto the sample tray, and the instrument will automatically complete the analysis.

Achieved automatic sample delivery, testing, output, and disposal, capable of unattended operation. Samples can also be added or replaced at any time during the testing process.

3. Automatically adds tungsten trioxide in precise quantities and distributes it evenly.

4. The digital flow meter is employed, enabling real-time display of gas flow.

9. High-capacity drying tubes reduce the frequency of desiccant replacement.

The furnace adopts horizontal imported materials and meets the national standard with GB-standard ceramic crucibles.
