(One) Analytical samples sent to the laboratory must be tested and analyzed on the same day, except in special circumstances. Any delay in reporting test results due to failure to comply with regulations or unauthorized disposal of samples will be penalized as an incomplete task.
Laboratory analyses and determinations are strictly conducted in accordance with national standards or laboratory operating procedures, employing standardized techniques or operational steps to ensure the accuracy of test results.
(3) Coal and coke sample specifications: All indicators such as moisture, ash, volatile matter, sulfur content, and caking index must be ensured for same-day sample submission and testing, with no missing or omitted items.
(4) For coal and coke samples, parallel tests must be conducted for moisture, ash, volatile matter, sulfur content, and caking properties. If the parallel test results exceed the standard, the current test results are invalid, and an immediate retest should be performed until parallel results are achieved.
(5) Chemists are required to sign the original record sheet, ensuring accountability for their own testing.
Section 6: Determination and reporting of laboratory data, adhering to the provisions for rounding of laboratory data.
Original Record Table Codes Must Be Sequential.
Original records must be kept neat, and data changes must comply with regulations.
(9) The quantity of test samples and the detection items must match the registration form for incoming samples; no samples or items should be omitted.
(10) Chemists must not falsify test results. Upon discovery, they will be referred back to the company's Human Resources Department.
(11) Laboratory testing of external samples must be approved by the department leader before proceeding, and私自accepting external samples is strictly prohibited.
