Sponge rubber sheet

Honeycomb rubber is a porous structural material with holes throughout the entire material, characterized by its low density, good elasticity, and strong flexural strength. It also offers shock absorption, noise reduction, and thermal insulation properties. The pore structure can be classified into open-celled, closed-celled, mixed-celled, and microcellular types. The raw materials include natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and rubber-plastic blends. It can be made into soft or hard rubber products and is produced through the addition of foaming agents and vulcanization processes. This material is used in various fields such as automotive, construction, household appliances, clothing, footwear, dyeing and printing, fitness equipment, and ion exchange, for the manufacture of seals, shock absorbers, sound insulation layers, wetsuits, surf suits, beach shoes, and sports mats.
