Abrasion-Resistant Rubber Sheet

Wear-resistant rubber sheet is made from nitrile rubber or chloroprene rubber as the main material, reinforced with fabrics, metal thin plates, and other materials, and then vulcanized into sheet products through calendering and lamination or extrusion molding [1-2][4]. The thickness ranges from 1 to 80mm, the width covers 500 to 3000mm, common colors include black, gray, green, and blue, with hardness typically at 60°-65° and tensile strength up to 5.0MPa [5-6]. The product operates at a temperature range of -10 to 60°C, has anti-expansion and sealing properties in oils like engine oil, diesel, and gasoline, and is suitable for sealing of oil tanks, manufacturing of sealing parts, and laying on the ground in places where oils and greases are in contact [3][5]. The product is categorized into A/B/C types based on characteristics: Type A, reinforced with recycled nitrile rubber and fabric, is suitable for anti-slip on the ground; Type B, made by blending nitrile rubber with styrene butadiene rubber, exhibits excellent wear resistance; Type C, containing a high proportion of nitrile rubber, has outstanding high-temperature oil resistance [4][6]. Performance testing follows national standards such as GB/T5574 and GB/T528-1998, with tensile strength and Akron abrasion as indicators.
