Abrasion-Resistant Rubber Sheet

Abrasion-resistant rubber sheets are primarily made from nitrile rubber or chloroprene rubber, enhanced with materials like fabric and metal sheets, and are vulcanized into sheet products after calendering and lamination, or extrusion molding [1-2][4]. The thickness range is 1 to 80mm, with widths ranging from 500 to 3000mm. Common colors include black, gray, green, and blue, with a hardness typically between 60°-65° and tensile strength up to 5.0MPa [5-6]. The product operates within a temperature range of -10 to 60°C, exhibits anti-expansion and sealing properties in oils such as engine oil, diesel, and gasoline, and is suitable for sealing oil tank channels, gasket manufacturing, and flooring in places where oil and grease are in contact [3][5]. The product can be categorized into A/B/C types: Type A, enhanced with recycled nitrile rubber and fabric, is suitable for anti-slip flooring; Type B, a blend of nitrile and styrene butadiene rubber, boasts excellent wear resistance; and Type C, containing a high proportion of nitrile rubber, excels in resistance to high-temperature oil [4][6]. Performance tests are conducted according to national standards such as GB/T5574, GB/T528-1998, using tensile strength and Akron abrasion as indicators.
