Rubber Water Stop Seal

Rubber waterstop strips are waterproof sealing materials made from rubber, featuring water expansion properties, and are widely used in concrete construction joints, expansion joints, and leakage prevention treatments for projects such as civil air defense, subway, tunnels, and sewage treatment plants [1] [3]. The material is categorized into three types: putty-type, product-type, and self-adhesive strips. The putty-type combines elasticity and waterstop expansion functions, adapting to joint deformation; the product-type is pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant, commonly used in shield joint and building deformation joints; and the self-adhesive strips achieve direct bonding with concrete through butyl rubber.
