High-voltage and ultra-high-voltage transmission stations are typically located in expansive, desolate areas. The main equipment occupies a significant outdoor space, while secondary control and protection equipment, as well as electrical control devices, must be housed indoors.
Due to environmental constraints, on-site civil construction is challenging and cost-ineffective, hence the use of prefabricated module units for secondary equipment.
This prefabricated cabin set is fully assembled and equipped with secondary control devices in the factory, then transported to the site as a complete unit. It represents a turnkey project with simplified on-site construction, short completion cycles, and offers convenience and cost-effectiveness.

Pre-fabricated cabin manufacturing process requirements and characteristics:
Hulls typically do not have windows, relying on fans and air conditioning for ventilation. Heating and ventilation facilities such as air conditioners, electric heaters, and fans should be installed. It is advisable to have windows in the main control room and duty room for better lighting and ventilation.
The cabin roof can utilize the air conditioning drainage pipe method; the cabin floor features an anti-ceramic, anti-static movable bottom plate, with the steel support of the movable bottom plate fixed to the cabin floor. The height of the anti-static movable bottom plate should be between 200~250mm, which is conducive to cable laying and maintenance.
The interior of prefabricated cabin must include: well-established safety protection, fire alarm, and video surveillance measures, as well as the installation of distribution boxes, switch panels, outlets, etc.
