The Resonant Crushing Technology was first realized by the RB-500 Resonant Crusher developed by the U.S. Resonant Technology Company, which was launched at the end of the 1980s and undertook about 75% of the U.S. cement road reconstruction projects. Simultaneously, resonant business was initiated in countries like Canada and Mexico. The equipment was first introduced to China in 2004, and extensive resonant crushing experiments were conducted in Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Sichuan, and other areas.

Relying on the resonant technology from the United States, we have successfully developed the high-frequency resonant crusher RPB-GP60 with independent intellectual property rights, tailored to the current state of domestic cement road surfaces. Compared to the vibration structure of American-made equipment, it boasts several advantages, such as higher vibration frequency, even crushing effects, low failure rate, and no leftover edges on the working surface. Extensive engineering practices in various provinces and regions have proven that this equipment is more advanced in function and offers superior resonance effects, making it highly suitable for the complex road conditions in our country. Currently, it can achieve full-depth crushing of old cement panels, with particle sizes fully compliant with national technical standards.
