Machinery and equipment must be installed on flat and solid ground; if soft ground is encountered, it must be compacted first, and base platforms of wood and boards should be added. Drilling machines operating on platforms must have a reliable connection between their base and the platform. Machinery and equipment must be installed securely and level. The vertical line of the rotation center of a rotary drill and the crane wheel groove edge of an impact (claw) drill must align with the pile hole position, with deviations not exceeding the design allowance (10-15mm). During the installation, dismantling, and relocation of the tower frame, personnel must follow the unified command of the foreman or technical personnel. Unrelated personnel must be evacuated to a safe area. When moving platforms using tracks, drums, or rollers, workers must first check the safety of the tracks, pulleys, drums, cables, and support cylinders, and the movement should be as smooth and uniform as possible to prevent tipping. When relocating truck-mounted drilling machines, the masts must be lowered, cables and hoses removed, and the wheels must be immediately blocked with wooden wedges after the drilling machine is in place, ensuring the support legs are seated on the base platforms. When transporting machinery and equipment by truck, the items must be securely stabilized and tied down; loading and unloading should be supervised by experienced personnel. Overloading is prohibited. When manually loading and unloading vehicles, the gangplank must be of sufficient strength and equipped with anti-slip guards, with the slope not exceeding 20°; the end touching the ground must have anti-slip measures. The installation height of the tripod or frame of impact drills and claw drills must not be less than 7.5m, the angle between the two legs must not be less than 75°, the lower leg must be securely fastened, and a level pulling handle must be installed, with a safety factor of not less than 5. The safety factor for the wire rope must not be less than 6.
