The Vertical Elevating Ball Mill is an improvement on the vertical ball mill, incorporating an elevation mechanism. Currently, the existing vertical ball mills mainly include a stirring shaft, stirring rod, machine frame, main motor, reducer, and ball mill drum. Due to the machine frame being a monolithic welded component (or casting), it causes many inconveniences for users. This machine aims to overcome the shortcomings of the vertical ball mill, providing a vertical elevating ball mill that is user-friendly, easy to operate, easy to clean, easy to maintain, and easy to replace the grinding medium.


The particle size range typically spans from micrometers to nanometers, with the capability to refine down to below 1μm.

Achieves tens of nanometer precision under compatible scenarios, with specific adjustment available through process parameters.
