This machine is suitable for uniform blending of powders. It is designed more reasonably than conventional blending machines, offering higher efficiency and simpler operation. The blending drum is typically made of stainless steel, with both inner and outer walls polished to ensure no material accumulation or dead corners, making cleaning easy and thorough. The drum features two feeding ports at the top and one discharge port at the bottom. The drum body can be manually rotated to facilitate discharge. Additionally, it can be equipped with a forced mixing device, which is beneficial for thorough blending of certain special materials. Alternatively, a humidification unit can be added to improve the moisture content of the powder after spray granulation.
