The screw blade mixer is an efficient and widely-used single-axis mixer featuring a main shaft with helical blades coiled in a double-layered spiral pattern within a semi-open tube-shaped cylinder. The spiraling blades rotate with the main shaft, propelling the material along the spiral path. The horizontal cylinder of the mixer has an outlet at the bottom center, where the spiral structure of the outer blade, synchronized with the rotation of the main shaft, drives the material from the inner wall to the central outlet, ensuring there are no dead corners in the cylinder for material discharge.
