Overview of Server Room Ventilation Floor
The ventilation floor panel is structurally similar to the anti-static floor panel, with the same top and bottom surfaces, but the interior cavity of the ventilation floor is empty and unfilled with foam concrete. The upper and lower steel plates of the ventilation floor, as well as the upper surface material, are punched with ventilation holes. The ventilation floor is used in conjunction with the anti-static floor, where ventilation is required beneath the floor. The ventilation rate of the ventilation floor ranges from 17% to 55%.
Data Center Ventilation Floor System Assembly
The ventilation floor system consists of panels, beams, and supports. The ventilation panels and adjustable supports are securely fastened to form a stable lower support system using screws, with the ventilation panels embedded in the grid formed by the beams.
