Machine Room Color-Steel Panel Installation and Materials
Machine Room Color-Steel Panel Installation:
During the installation of the color steel plate frame in the server room, vertical frames are spaced 400mm apart and securely fastened to the walls. The through frames are connected to maintain vertical alignment and be on the same plane.
2. Color steel panels are installed starting from one side, with each subsequent panel spaced 12mm apart. The panels are separated by 12mm-wide strips, and standard unit wall panels can be interchanged.
3. The corner treatment of wall junctions now features a "U" shaped concave corner finishing method.
4. Interior columns and wall corners are finished with "L" shaped rounded corners.
Corner walls are finished with professional color-matching edging, ensuring consistency with the wall surface.
Machine Room Sandwich Panel Material:
1. Surface Material: Galvanized aluminum steel plate SGCC T=0.5/0.6/0.8MM; features excellent anti-corrosion and welding properties.
The server room's steel sandwich panels are bonded with a double adhesive to the 12mm high-density gypsum board on the back, ensuring they remain inseparable.
Coating: White environmental-friendly polyurethane baking varnish with a thickness of ≥25UM.
4. Pencil Hardness: H≥2 (Standard: Q/320115GML02-2007)
Fire Rating: Class A
Adhesion: 100/100
7. Server Room Color-Steel Panel Connections: Utilizing special U-shaped or V-shaped connecting edges paired with M-shaped clips for fixation, the walls maintain excellent flatness even under extensive use.
Server room color-steel plate size:
1. Standard Color Coated Steel Sheet Sizes: 1200*2400/2600/2800/3000/3300; other height sizes available for customization.
2. The fixation between panels is done using small clips, spaced 400mm apart; the gap between adjacent panels is 12mm, and a pressing strip is inserted after the panels are secured.
