How to Handle Deformation of Stainless Steel Square Tubes During Welding?

How to deal with deformation in stainless steel square tubes during welding? Usually, fire correction is used for the welding deformation of stainless steel square tubes, which is simply by baking with fire. However, if the deformation becomes too large, the effect is not very ideal.

Controlling the welding deformation of stainless steel square tubes can be effectively achieved by not only adopting a reasonable welding sequence and technique but also by performing a small reverse deformation treatment in advance, which yields good results!
