Air cargo container
Aircraft containers are a new type of packaging solution developed to replace traditional simple wooden crates, which fail to adequately protect high-tech products during long-distance transport and lack mobility.
Usage:
Traditional simple wooden box packaging and transportation cannot effectively protect these high-tech products during long-distance shipping or provide adequate mobility. This drawback has led to the emergence of new packaging products for transportation—aircraft containers. The increasing frequency of cross-border trade has brought the use and development of aircraft containers into a golden phase, particularly in fields such as stage lighting equipment, medical instrument equipment, audio-visual systems, multimedia, optoelectronics, and transportation packaging and equipment transportation, where high-tech equipment is widely used.
Advantages and Features:
The enhanced value of high-tech products dictates that their carrier shipping cases require superior protection. The external structure of the shipping case: constructed from sturdy multi-layer plywood with ABS fire-resistant boards nailed to form a wooden box, the edges of the box are lined with aluminum alloy profiles of specific thickness and strength. Each corner of the box is connected and secured to the alloy aluminum edges and plywood using high-strength metal spherical corner guards. The bottom of the box is composed of PU wheels with strong load-bearing and wear-resistant capabilities. The internal structure: the box can be fitted with partitions according to the product's characteristics. The inside of the box and the partitions are lined with soft EVA composite solid rebound materials, which offer lightweight, thermal insulation, shock absorption, moisture resistance, flame retardancy, oxidation resistance, and sealing properties. The internal and external structures and materials of the shipping case ensure its fireproof, waterproof, shockproof, and mobile convenience advantages are fully evident. Additionally, the diverse colors of the fire-resistant boards enhance the visual appeal.
