Produced as white, spherical, porous material, our hydrogen peroxide adsorbent active spheres are odorless, tasteless, and insoluble in water, esters, hydrocarbons, alcohols, and other solvents. They retain their integrity in water and alkali without crumbling or softening, offering high clarity and a long service life. These spheres possess strong degradation and regeneration capabilities for anthraquinone derivatives, making them ideal adsorbents in the anthraquinone process for hydrogen peroxide production. Besides adsorbing alkali from the working solution, they have a remarkable regeneration capacity for hydrogenated degradation products, converting the added degradation products during the hydrogenation reaction into anthraquinone. This ensures the stability of the total anthraquinone content, facilitates the oxidation reaction, reduces the need for additional anthraquinone, and saves operational costs. Additionally, considering the need for regeneration, the aluminum oxide used in the hydrogen peroxide ensures excellent mechanical properties with minimal change in activity after regeneration.
