The steps for the construction of photovoltaic pile driving using waterborne excavators are as follows:
- Pile sequencing: Based on the on-site environment, the density of pile groups, and considering factors like pile transportation and soil compaction, properly arrange the order of pile driving to ensure the speed and quality meet the contractual standards.
- Piling Construction: Construction is carried out using piling machines converted from water excavators. The specific process includes steps such as positioning the pile foundation, lifting the pile with the piling machine, aligning the pile, adjusting the verticality of the pile, aligning and inserting the pile, lowering the pile, and checking.
- Guaranteed Quality: After the prestressed pile pipe construction is completed, the observer must conduct a self-inspection of the appearance quality of the completed pipe piles, while the surveyor re-inspects them. A written record is then created. Unqualified locations are reported promptly, and rectifications are required to be completed within the specified time frame.
Note that during construction, ensure the water depth does not exceed the buoy's height to prevent the pile driver from tipping over. Additionally, if there are hard substances like sand and stones in the subsoil, treat the holes to avoid bursting the piles or failing to drive them in. Moreover, site clearance is a crucial step, as favorable observation conditions help enhance pile driving efficiency.
