Safety Helmet Testing Stand

Testing Method:
1. First, prop the bamboo and wood ladder at a certain angle against the hanger, then, with the ladder sliding, secure it with the "simulated foot" onto the ladder section to be tested. After securing, begin the test (the testing process can be referred to as the foot buckle test).
2. Wire rope and safety rope testing projects are generally similar in operation.
Secure the safety rope to the pulley of the equipment, click the test button at the automatic gear position, and the test will begin until it reaches the 5-minute pressure endurance mark, at which point the equipment will stop. Wire rope test (Note: Replace with a high-range sensor, range 2T.). After replacing it, install the wire rope onto the equipment, following the same procedure as the safety rope. Print the report after the test.
