The石膏-based self-leveling concrete transfer pump is primarily used in construction and site development for pumping concrete to high-rise buildings, also known as concrete transfer pump or trailer pump. Under the same conditions, the shrinkage rate of cement-based self-leveling mortar is significantly higher than that of the gypsum-based self-leveling mortar. By 28 days, the shrinkage value of the cement-based self-leveling mortar is approximately 1.17 mm/m. As time extends, the shrinkage value of the cement-based self-leveling mortar reaches about 1.3 mm/m after 90 days, but the shrinkage value of the gypsum-based self-leveling mortar remains around 0.19 mm/m. This means that due to the excessively high shrinkage value, the self-leveling mortar may crack in cement-based systems. Additionally, the gypsum-based self-leveling mortar maintains its thermal stability at 50°C, with shrinkage values and flexural and compressive strengths remaining almost consistent at 28 days and 194 days.
