Gypsum Self-Leveling Concrete Pumps Operation
1) Concrete pumps should be placed on a solid, level ground. Extend the legs and stabilize the body.
2) Prior to operation, a check should be conducted to ensure that electrical equipment and instruments are functioning properly, all switches, buttons, and handles are in the correct positions, mechanical parts are securely fastened, and reliable, the tension of chains and belts meets the specified requirements, and the transmission areas operate normally.
3) Concrete pipe joints must be tightly sealed, and pipe clamps should be securely connected. There should be at least 10 meters of horizontal pipe with a check valve before a vertical pipe, and it is strictly prohibited to directly connect the vertical pipe to the outlet of the concrete pump.
4) When clearing blocked pipes, surrounding personnel should be evacuated. Before dismantling and cleaning the pipes, reverse extraction methods must be employed to relieve the pressure in the conveying pipeline. It is strictly forbidden to have the pipe openings facing people during disassembly.
5) Do not remove the hopper grille or other safety devices while in operation. Do not climb or ride on the conveying pipes, do not insert your hand into the valve body for work, and strictly prohibited to disassemble the pipes during pumping.
During pipeline cleaning, operators should remain at a distance from the pipe outlets and elbow joints. When using compressed air for cleaning, there should be no personnel or equipment within 10 meters of the pipe outlet.
After operation, depressurize the hydraulic system and return all control switches to their original positions.
