During production, every component is rigorously selected, and during assembly, we ensure the components are properly connected. Then, it is calibrated according to ISO 10360-2 standards, using high-precision laser interferometers. Subsequently, it is inspected with standard testing tools certified by the DKD agency, including squares and step gauges. As a result, customers will use a high-quality, high-precision 3-axis measuring machine.

All three-axis transmission employs an "Self-Adjusting Deviation" smooth transmission system. The transmission system features a "Fixed + Micro-Suspension" structure to ensure parallel movement with the guide rail during transmission! It can maintain stability in both precision and motion smoothness during high-speed movement. Additionally, it enhances the machine tool's self-protection during collisions, making it safer to operate.
