The nylon roller is made of a special high molecular material that is lightweight. Rollers made from this material weigh about half as much as standard rollers, have minimal rotational inertia, and exhibit reduced friction between the roller and the belt.

Well-structured and reliably sealed, the nylon drum roller features two sealing systems, high manufacturing precision, and is coated with a specialized lubricant within the gaps, effectively preventing dust, gases, liquids, and other corrosive media from entering the roller interior and damaging the bearings.
