The EPDM rubber track is composed of EPDM colored granules and PU (polyurethane) materials, featuring wear resistance, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, ozone resistance, and excellent elasticity. It maintains stable performance under extreme climatic conditions and is not easily affected by ultraviolet rays, oxygen, high temperatures, and humidity.

2. Construction Process

3. (1) Basic Processing: Includes ground leveling, cleaning, smoothing, and priming.

4. (2) Substrate Construction: Laying SBR granules and polyurethane pre-coating.

5. (3) Surface Construction: The surface is constructed by laying EPDM granules, completed through processes such as mechanical compaction and flexible floating roof.

6. (4) Line Marking: After completing the line marking according to track and field, football field, tennis court, volleyball court, etc., apply a surface coating and sealant to enhance the weather resistance and aesthetic appeal of the sports field.
