Material Characteristics

It maintains stable performance in extreme climatic conditions and is not easily affected by ultraviolet rays, oxygen, high temperatures, and humidity.

3. (1) Basic Treatment: Includes ground leveling, cleaning, smoothing, and applying primer.

4. (2) Substrate Construction: Laying SBR granules and polyurethane pre-coating.

5. (3) Surface Construction: The surface is constructed by laying EPDM granules, which are compacted mechanically and finished with flexible floating top technology.

6. (4) Line Marking: After marking the lines according to the requirements for track and field, football, tennis, and volleyball courts, etc., apply a surface coating and sealing layer to enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of the sports facility.
