Material Features

It maintains stable performance under extreme climatic conditions and is not easily affected by ultraviolet rays, oxygen, high temperatures, and humidity.

2. Construction Process

3. (1) Basic Treatment: Includes ground leveling, cleaning, smoothing, and applying primer.

4. (2) Substrate Construction: Lay SBR granules and polyurethane pre-coating.

5. (3) Surface Construction: The surface is constructed by laying EPDM granules, which are compacted mechanically and finished with flexible floating top techniques.

6. (4) Line Marking: After marking the lines according to the requirements of track and field, football fields, tennis courts, volleyball courts, etc., apply a surface coating and sealing layer to enhance the weather resistance and aesthetics of the sports facility.
