Quartz Aggregate Polishing Technique

1. Mix cement and gravel thoroughly, and clean the walls and floors. 2. Bid high, draw a level line, then apply the plastering and make the reinforcement bars. After leveling the mortar, curing is required. 3. Draw the partition lines, lay the mixed terrazzo on the ground, and push from the center to the sides with a steel trowel. 4. Rough grind then fine grind until the surface stones are exposed, wash with oxalic acid solution, then wax and polish.

2. Terrazzo definition

Quartzite is an artificial stone made by first using cement as the binder, then adding various colors and sizes of granite or marble chips. After a series of processes including mixing, shaping, polishing, and curing, the decorative artificial stone is completed.
