Rongchuang Iron Gate Manufacturer specializes in the production and processing of: PZ, PGZ cast iron gates, cast iron copper镶gates, stainless steel gates, slide gates, flap gates (tidal gates), weir gates, steel structure gates (including arc gates, flat sliding gates, flat roller gates), available in sizes from 0.2x0.2 to 10x10 meters. There are two types of cast iron gates: square and round. Cast iron gates typically consist of a gate body and a frame, both made of cast iron. The gate leaf and frame are usually cast separately. The entire gate body is usually constructed with a panel and reinforcing ribs, with the panel being either flat or arched. The gate body is generally cast and machined as a whole, but larger sizes may be divided into sections. Generally, an integral metal or bronze sealing strip is used as the support slider, and the bronze sealing strip is secured to the gate body with bolts of the same material, with the bolt head completing the sealing surface.

Cast iron gates offer excellent corrosion resistance. The installation process is one-time molding, and the maintenance cost is lower compared to other types of gates. Cast iron gates are generally used in combination with small screw hoists and other lifting machines. After long-term use, if there is wear, we can adjust the water-stop module to ensure the gate continues to operate normally. Compared to steel gates, cast iron gates have a simpler structure and can withstand greater water pressure. Due to their lower manufacturing cost, cast iron gates are suitable for smaller waterways. Steel gates, on the other hand, are larger in size and are only used in large waterways. The use of cast iron gates addresses issues such as heavy workload, high labor intensity, high costs, and poor water-sealing performance in gate production.
