Warehouse Costs: The main factors affecting the cost of a cold storage facility include the brand of equipment and materials, the chosen system method, the required functions and temperature, and the layout of the sections. What type of low-temperature warehouse does the food logistics center we built belong to? Is it a city distribution warehouse, a regional distribution warehouse, or a logistics rotation warehouse? Since we built a low-temperature warehouse for a food logistics center, I'm not sure what type of cold storage you are referring to in terms of city distribution, regional distribution, or logistics rotation. Let's take the city distribution warehouse as an example.

It goes without saying that the variety of goods in cold storage is vast, and with different goods come varying temperatures. Thus, proper planning for cold storage sections is essential, and ample space in the plaza area must be allocated. For urban distribution-type low-temperature warehouses, the circulation and transportation of goods is indispensable. The plaza area size, unloading platforms, and equipment for transporting goods in and out of the cold storage are key considerations for the food logistics center's low-temperature cold storage warehouse.

These factors all need to be taken into account. The types of goods stored in the cold storage warehouses of the food logistics center vary, categorized by temperature into refrigerated, frozen, and specialized refrigerated storage. Different goods require different storage temperatures.

Refrigerated Storage: The freezing point for most fresh food products is generally around -2℃, as the types of goods vary, so does the storage temperature. Freezer Storage: The temperature in freezer storage is approximately below -23℃. Special Refrigerated Storage: Special refrigerated storage refers to the goods within the storage that require specific temperature and humidity control, which can simultaneously manage the internal conditions of the storage facility.

Warehouse Equipment Costs: The investment in warehouse equipment includes forklifts, pallets, shelves, automatic conveying equipment, and management software systems. These are areas where we need to focus on budgeting.

Four: Warehouse Operation Costs: This includes energy consumption for the refrigeration system operation and labor management costs, which should be highlighted. Now, regarding the topic, how much does it cost to build a standard low-temperature cold storage warehouse for a food logistics center with a capacity of 18,000 tons? In fact, this question cannot be answered in general terms; it requires considering each customer's usage and positioning to provide a more suitable solution.

Consultation on Proposal Quotations ~ Haoshuang Refrigeration. Trends in the Development of Low-Temperature Warehouses in Food Logistics Centers. The demand for low-temperature warehouses in food logistics centers is increasing, with the sales volume of quick-frozen food expected to exceed 20 million tons, growing at a rate of nearly 20%. Due to the actual transportation requirements across the nation, the total is approximately 400 to 500 million tons.

Only 20% to 30% have implemented cold chain logistics transportation. How can we ensure the goods in the low-temperature warehouses of food logistics centers are adequately protected?
