Product Introduction
Mining格栅 is a plastic support mesh used in coal mine underground, primarily made of polypropylene. After being treated with flame-retardant and antistatic technologies, it forms an integrated "double-resistant" plastic mesh through a bidirectional stretching process. This product is easy to install, cost-effective, and safe with an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
Technical Advantages
Friction does not easily generate static electricity. In the underground environment of coal mines, the average surface resistance of plastic meshes is below 1×10^9 Ω.
Excellent flame-retardant properties, meeting the flame-retardant standards specified by the coal industry standards MT141-2005 and MT113-1995.
The plastic mesh has a density of around 0.92, less than that of water. During the coal washing process, the broken mesh pieces float on the surface, making them easy to be washed away.
Corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant.

Application Fields
This product is primarily used as a support for underground coal mining operations, serving as support material for various tunnels such as bolted galleries, shoring galleries, and shotcrete galleries. When used as a false ceiling, it is typically applied in a double-layer or higher configuration. The main application of the biaxially stretched geogrid is in the reinforcement of various embankments and roadbeds, slope protection, and wall reinforcement for permanent load-bearing foundations such as large airports, parking lots, and port cargo yards.
