Inspection TabletAlias: Cast Iron Inspection Platform
Inspection tablets are one of the essential tools for the machining of mechanical workpieces, particularly outstanding in machine tool mechanical inspection and measurement, as well as in the measurement and inspection of workpiece dimensions and precision. They also serve as important teaching aids in university laboratories and other institutions.
The cast iron measuring platform is made of high-strength cast iron HT200-250; platforms with dimensions less than 4000×9000mm can be produced. For larger sizes, multiple pieces can be joined together, and the precision after assembly can be adjusted to meet requirements. The working surface hardness is HB160-210. The measuring platform is manufactured according to the casting platform production standards GB/T 22095-2008.
Dimensions and manufacturing standards for inspection tablets: 200mm x 200mm - 2500mm - 4000mm. Height increases proportionally based on the tablet surface area. Manufactured strictly in accordance with GB/T22095-2008 standards.
【Quality Inspection Standards for Testing Tablets】
The working surface of the inspection tablet should be free of rust, scratches, dents, and other cosmetic defects that may affect its use.
The hardness of the test flat should be HB170-220.
The detection tablet should be equipped with threaded holes or cylindrical holes for mounting handles, lifting rings, and other hoisting facilities on both of its side surfaces. When designing the hoisting position, consider minimizing any changes caused by the hoisting process.
The working surface of the inspection flat should not have casting defects such as sand holes, blow holes, cracks, inclusions, and shrinkage. All casting surfaces should be cleaned of molding sand and be smooth with secure paint. All sharp edges should be rounded off. On flat surfaces with precision levels lower than "00," it is permissible to block sand holes with diameter less than 15mm using the same material, but the hardness should be lower than that of the surrounding material. The number of blocked areas on the working surface should not exceed four, and the distance between them should be no less than 80mm.
The testing tablet should be subjected to stability treatment and demagnetization.
The inspection tablet should be manufactured from high-quality, fine-grained gray cast iron or alloy cast iron.
The working surface of the inspection tablet should be processed using scraping techniques. For "3" grade platform working surfaces, planing techniques can also be employed. The surface roughness of the planed working surface, calculated as the arithmetic average deviation Ra, should not exceed 5 micrometers. Additionally, the scraping accuracy of the board surface can be inspected using the coloring method.
Ensure horizontal adjustment of the inspection tablet prior to use for accurate and effective test results. Prompt cleaning of the surface is required after use.
