Discuss the Production Process of Perforated Mesh

1. First, select the material for the steel plate. During the initial stages of perforated mesh production, mold design is crucial, as the quality of a mold significantly determines the quality of the perforated plate products. Therefore, in recent years, we have invested a substantial amount of funds and effort into perforated mold development, which has significantly enhanced our mold design and manufacturing capabilities, and we have also accumulated a variety of mold patterns.

2. Hole Punching Mesh: Now produced with the advanced domestic WKC-2000 CNC punch press equipment. Step motor feeding and PLC operation control ensure product accuracy within +/-0.15MM, and standardized management is implemented, capable of stamping sheets within the range of 10mm to 0.2mm.

3. Perforated Sheet Metal Edging: If the board edges during the manufacturing process exceed the tolerance range you requested, our skilled technicians can assist in removing the excess edges according to your specifications.

4. Punching mesh sheet cutting: Cut from a coil to the size you require.

5. Perforated Sheet Flatting: We utilize leveling machines to restore the deformed perforated plates to their original flat state. Steel plates with thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 12mm can be leveled. Additionally, we clean the perforations, requiring lubricants, but we also have an oil-removal process to eliminate surface marks, ensuring the perforated plates appear clean. In addition to customer specifications, we offer a range of follow-up processing services for perforated plates, including: leveling, cutting, labeling, packaging, oil removal, burr removal, forming, annealing, painting, electroplating, welding, polishing, bending, and rolling.
